Ⅱ. Working principle
When the fluid passes through the flowmeter, it is rectified and accelerated by the leading fluid (or rectifier). Due to the angle between the blades and the fluid flow direction, the turbine generates a rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance torque, the turbine begins to rotate. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of the turbine rotation is proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a magnetic sensor is used to induce a pulse signal proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid from the synchronously rotating transmission disk. This signal is sent to the volume correction instrument and processed together with temperature, pressure and other signals for calculation and display on the LCD screen. The structural principle is shown in Figure 1

4.2 Working principle of volume correction instrument
The volume correction instrument consists of temperature and pressure detection analog channels, flow detection digital channels, as well as a microprocessor unit, liquid crystal drive circuit, and other auxiliary circuits. It is equipped with an external signal interface. The multi-channel signals sent from each sensor are converted and processed by the microprocessor according to the gas equation into the formula for calculation, achieving local display and remote transmission of multiple signals.

Ⅵ. install

There should be no strong external magnetic field interference or strong mechanical vibration around the flowmeter. Before installation, the environmental conditions should be reviewed according to its usage requirements for normal use;
Flowmeters should not be used in situations where there are frequent changes in flow rate, strong pulsating flow, or pressure pulsation;
When installing the flowmeter outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater from entering and direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the flowmeter;
The flowmeter is suitable for horizontal installation, and the direction of fluid flow is consistent with the direction indicated on the housing; And there should be straight pipe lengths of 5DN and 3DN respectively upstream and downstream of the flowmeter;
In order not to affect the normal transportation of fluid, a bypass pipeline can be installed according to Figure 5, and the bypass pipeline valve must be locked during normal use;

A filter of the corresponding specification must be installed upstream of the flow meter (25DN) (our company can provide matching);
When installing flow meters and measuring pipelines, consideration should be given to installing expansion pipes or corrugated pipes, and according to the actual size of the flow meter, the upstream and downstream pipelines should be laid reasonably to prevent deformation of the flow meter caused by pipeline stress;
The flowmeter should be installed coaxially with the pipeline and prevent sealing gaskets and grease from entering the interior of the pipeline;
The flowmeter must be reliably grounded, but must not share the ground wire with the high-voltage system; During pipeline installation or maintenance, the grounding wire of the welding system shall not be overlapped with the flow meter;
During use, users are not allowed to change the connection method of the explosion-proof system or make arbitrary changes. Each lead interface should be operated strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB3836.12 when necessary;
When the flowmeter is put into operation, the valve should be slowly opened (opening time not less than 15 seconds), gradually increasing the flow rate to avoid instantaneous airflow impact and damage to the turbine.
